It depends on whether you purchases insurance through Ticket Guardian at the time of registration checkout and the reason for your request. You may qualify for a refund under certain conditions (See Ticket Guardian for all those conditions), but you will need to contact them as this is not handled by us. More information below.

Aside from what Ticket Guardian provides, our race does not issue refunds under any circumstances; however, alternatively, you may defer your race to next year, if you like, or transfer registration to someone else. Review the FAQ items about how to do so, if you’re interested.
